Indemnity:
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the US-Russian Investment Symposium to change the content and the timing of the program, the speakers or the venue. Should, for any reason outside the control of the US-Russian Investment Symposium, the venue or the speakers change, or the conference is cancelled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, the US-Russian Investment Symposium shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the client.
